DAP is currently hiring for the following positions:

Early Childhood Youth Therapist

DAP believes in the importance of strengthening the relationship between parent and child after violence in order to promote healthier social and emotional development of youth and families. DAP is currently looking for a full time Early Childhood Youth Therapist to participate as a staff member of the DAP Youth Team. This position requires direct client care with you ages 0-5 and their caregivers providing child-parent psychotherapy. This position will provide coordination of care through regular collateral contact, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files. Participate in program development, case consultations, weekly meetings and trainings, as well as community outreach when appropriate. This position includes, but is not limited to, services that are client-centered, trauma-informed, systemic, and have a holistic approach. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position of 40 hours per week, and reports directly to the Supervisor of Youth Services.

Bilingual Women’s Therapist

DAP is currently looking for a full time Bilingual (Spanish/English) Women’s Therapist to participate as a staff member in the DAP Women’s Team.

This position requires direct client care with Spanish and English speaking survivors of domestic abuse with diverse cultural backgrounds. This position will provide group and individual therapeutic services, complete intake assessments, as well as provide coordination of care through regular collateral contact, collaboration with culturally specific community organizations, and maintaining up-to-date client files. Client services include, but are not limited to, client centered, trauma-informed, culturally specific, systemic, and have a holistic approach. The Bilingual Women’s Therapist will be expected to participate in program development, case consultations, weekly meetings and trainings, as well as community outreach when appropriate. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position of 40 hours per week, and reports directly to the Supervisor of Women’s Program.

Men’s Program Contract Therapist

We are seeking a therapist to serve as a staff member of the Men’s Program team. The position is part-time, averaging 20 hours per week, including some evenings.

This Men’s Program position includes providing direct-client service in the forms of group and individual psychotherapy and psycho-education; providing coordination of care through regular collateral contact and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files; participating in program development, case consultations, weekly meetings and trainings, as well as community outreach when appropriate.
