Men’s Program Supervisor

This position includes responsibilities and expectations around program management, development, community collaboration, administrative and clinical supervision of employees and direct-client service. The supervisor’s role includes, but is not limited to, ensuring provision of services occurs from a client-centered, trauma-informed, systemic and holistic approach. And for the program, as a whole, maintains the standards of quality, accountability, efficacy and management that promotes continued sustainability. The Men’s Program Supervisor will be responsible for hiring, training, and overseeing staff and interns within the department and ongoing program development and evaluation.

Men’s Change Step Therapist

DAP believes in the importance of offering culturally appropriate and language accessible services to support healing for families impacted by domestic abuse. DAP is currently looking for a part-time Men’s Change Step Therapist to participate as a staff member in the DAP Men’s Team. This position requires direct client care with perpetrators of domestic abuse of diverse cultural backgrounds. This position will provide group and individual therapeutic services, complete intake assessments, as well as provide coordination of care through regular collateral contact, collaboration with culturally specific community organizations, and maintaining up-to-date client files.

Men’s Contract Therapist

DAP is currently looking for a contract Men’s Therapist to participate as a staff member in the DAP Men’s Team. This position requires direct client care with perpetrators of domestic abuse of diverse cultural backgrounds. This position will provide group and individual therapeutic services, complete intake assessments, as well as provide coordination of care through regular collateral contact, collaboration with culturally specific community organizations, and maintaining up-to-date client files. This job is a contract position that expires in three months.

Part-Time Men’s Therapist

DAP is currently looking for a part-time Men’s Therapist to participate as a staff member in the DAP Men’s Team. This position requires direct client care with perpetrators of domestic abuse of diverse cultural backgrounds. This position will provide group and individual therapeutic services, complete intake assessments, as well as provide coordination of care through regular collateral contact, collaboration with culturally specific community organizations, and maintaining up-to-date client files. This is a part-time position of 20 hours per week and reports directly to the Supervisor of Men’s Program.

Part-time Volunteer Coordinator and Advocate

We are seeking a part-time volunteer coordinator who recruits and coordinates the volunteers for all programs at DAP via outreach and intern/career fairs, communicating with all program supervisors accordingly. They will facilitate and lead volunteer orientation training-creating material and schedule. Provide support to all DAP volunteers. Oversee day-to-day running of the 24-hour hotline. Organize the roll-out of the 24-hour hotline training to all Minneapolis Police Department precincts and presents information on the 24-hour hotline at those trainings and across other community partners. Conduct 24-hour hotline shifts as needed.

Bilingual Women’s Contract Therapist

We are seeking a therapist to serve as a staff member of the Women’s Program team. The position is part-time, averaging 5 hours per week.

This Women’s Program position includes providing direct-client service in the form of completing intakes and co-facilitating a Spanish speaking group for survivors of domestic violence; providing coordination of care through regular collateral contact and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files; participating in program development, case consultations, weekly meetings and trainings, as well as community outreach when appropriate.
