Ronika Stibbins, MSW, LGSW  is a Youth Therapist at DAP. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from St. Catherine University and her Master’s Degree in Social Work with a Multicultural Clinical focus from Augsburg College.  At the Domestic Abuse Project, Ronika provides individual and group therapy services to children and adolescents who have witnessed domestic violence. Prior to DAP, Ronika gained a wide variety of skills while working as a school social worker, a direct practice social worker to youth in the foster care system, and provided mental health and grief and loss services in a hospital setting.  Ronika uses a strengths-based approach with a focus on both a child’s environment and his/her developmental history and needs.   Ronika believes that establishing a safe and trusting relationship with youth in the community allows for healing and growth.
