Jodi Schipp
BS is a Case Manager for the CHANGE STEP and the mainstream Men’s programs at the Domestic Abuse Project. She received a bachelor’s degree in human services from Metropolitan State University. Jodi provides case management to Men that have used abusive behavior, including those who have served in the military. She provides resources for basic needs and mental health services. She also works one on one with clients to increase the likelihood of a successful completion of the Men’s program by assisting with program required assignments, makeup sessions, and fee waivers. She uses a client-centered, client-driven approach, by empowering clients to reach out and follow through on their set goals. Outside of DAP, Jodi has worked as a habilitation counselor providing direct care for clients with TBIs. Jodi has served over 12 years in the MN Army Nation Guard. She has deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn in Iraq and Kuwait. She is a 2015 recipient of the Veteran Voice Award for continuing to contribute to her community and her military service.
